Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after receiving payment.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment.
• Group size is limited to 10 people per tour. Larger groups can be arranged on request at additional cost.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payments.
• Prices are per person unless stated otherwise (custom tours are priced per group).

Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient group size. A full refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability at no extra charge.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the tour may incur additional charges.

Health & Safety

• Participants must be in reasonable physical health to complete the walk. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns at the time of booking.
• A basic first aid kit is carried on all tours. We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

During the Tour

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tours will start on time and cannot wait for latecomers.
• Follow the guide's instructions at all times, especially regarding road safety and restricted areas.
• We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour.
• Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances during the tour is strictly prohibited.

Liability

• Barefoot in Bombay acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from circumstances beyond our control.
• Participants join the tour at their own risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or endangers others, without refund.

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed unless you inform us otherwise before the tour begins.
• You are welcome to take your own photos and share them on social media. We'd love a tag @barefootinbombay!

Weather

• Tours operate in light rain. In case of heavy rain, storms, or unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.
• We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and carrying water, especially during warmer months.
